Not sure if this is the right area, but need help with Vent.
Hey,
After trying to connect to my new guilds Ventrilo, a very weird and confusing error occured... I got the normal message saying the servers available, yet after trying to conect for 10 minutes it failed. I tried over and over again yet it still refused to connect. After maybe 20 tries i did connect, but apparently my speech was distorted and very patchy. I tried a different server and pretty much the same thing happened. But after trying another server... it worked fine. But retrying on the original one, the same errors occured. I've checked and checked again and again that the details are correct, and they are 100%. I've checked my firewall, and thats not the issue. I have the latest vent downloaded, the servers are all up to date. I've used the Command Prompt and thats said that it can connect. And help is greatly appreciated. ~Dave |
